ABOUT THE ROLE:

Title: Brand & Growth Storyteller

(Okay, yes — officially it’s a SaaS Sales Lead. But you’re more than that.)


(Officially? You’d be our Marketing Lead. But you’ll shape more than campaigns — you’ll shape identity.)


We’re looking for a marketing leader who can amplify our voice, grow our presence, and build a content and growth engine that reflects the values behind the product.


You’ll lead strategy, roll up your sleeves for execution, and infuse every message with the heart of who we are.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy for all three products (Mentorfy, MentorWorld, and CranePortal)
  • Build and manage campaigns that drive qualified leads and grow community awareness
  • Create and oversee content that connects - from website copy to social media, newsletters, and product launches
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to make our brand consistent, compelling, and cohesive
  • Lead the creation of growth funnels, nurture sequences, and conversion-focused assets
  • Analyze what’s working (and what’s not), and iterate quickly
  • Shape the voice of the brand and make sure it feels like us everywhere we show up

You’ll lead our sales strategy from the front, with full ownership of how we reach, excite, and close mission-aligned organizations across Canada (and beyond).


You're not just selling software. You're selling better futures — for communities, for immigrants, for educators, for workplaces that want to be more human-centered.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own and drive the sales cycle — from prospecting to demo to close — for Mentorfy, MentorWorld, and CranePortal
  • Develop irresistible sales assets and outreach campaigns that speak to our customers' why
  • Identify and nurture leads from nonprofits, schools, government agencies, and corporate teams who care about mentorship, inclusion, and development
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to align messaging with mission

We are currently seeking an experienced Frontend Software Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our agile team and showcase your expertise in creating exceptional user interfaces and experiences.


Job Type:

Remote, Full-Time


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, and tailwind framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose creative technical solutions
  • Write clean, organized, and maintainable code
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance
  • Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages


Qualification:

  • Extensive experience (at least 5 years) as a Frontend Software Developer on complex projects
  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, and the tailwind framework
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, clean code
  • Knowledge of modern web development practices, including responsive and mobile-first design
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and remote team collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and character
